This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Advanced Environment Solutions, located at 5 LeWay Drive, Suite 109, Fredericksburg, VA 22406 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with the Fredericksburg Nationals baseball team or Minor League Baseball.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway entry period begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET)] and ends on September 1, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET] (the “Entry Period”). Drawings will occur periodically throughout the 2026 Fredericksburg Nationals baseball season (the “Drawing Period”), approximately between April 8, 2026 and September 2, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

* Visit the Sponsor’s online entry page located at https://frednats.aes-hvac.com.
* Complete the online entry form with all required information, which includes your first name, last name, valid phone number, valid email address and rules acceptance.
* Consent to Marketing: By submitting the entry form, you affirmatively consent and agree to receive marketing communications, including emails and occasional telephone calls, from Sponsor regarding its products, services (including HVAC, plumbing, generators), special offers, and future promotions. You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails. Consenting to receive marketing communications is required to enter the Giveaway, but does not obligate you to purchase any services.
* Submit the completed form during the Entry Period.

**Limit:** **One (1) entry per person/email address/household for the entire Giveaway Period.** Subsequent entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Periodically throughout the Drawing Period, Sponsor will award sets of four (4) tickets to a Fredericksburg Nationals home baseball game (each set a “Prize”). The exact number of drawings and Prizes awarded will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on ticket availability throughout the season. The specific game date, time, and seat location for each Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize (4 tickets) is $125.00. Total ARV of all prizes depends on the number of drawings conducted. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, including transportation to and from the game, parking, concessions, and any other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.

* Sponsor will conduct random drawings periodically throughout the Drawing Period from all eligible entries received up to the time of each drawing. The dates and frequency of the drawings will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
* Entries remain eligible for all subsequent drawings held during the Drawing Period, even if the entrant has previously won a Prize. An entrant may win multiple times throughout the season.
* Potential winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided on their entry form within approximately 3 business days following each random drawing.
* Potential winners must respond to the notification within 1 business days of the notification attempt. Failure to respond within the specified time period, or return of notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at the time of each drawing.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.aes-hvac.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. Furthermore, as stated in Section 4, you expressly consent to Sponsor contacting you via email and phone for marketing purposes related to its services and promotions. Sponsor will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor,, the Fredericksburg Nationals baseball team, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Entrants acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Fredericksburg Nationals baseball team or Minor League Baseball.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Stafford, Virginia.
