I had an issue with when I turned on my central air conditioning unit for the first time in the season. And it immediately started to leak. I called AES on Friday and on Monday their tech, Jon came to conduct the repair. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly: said that it was actually an electrical issue and helped answer all my questions to explain the details of what was actually wrong. Had the necessary part to repair in his truck and the repair was done relatively quickly. Because he was friendly and patient as I asked my questions, that I got a tech to come out in essentially one day and that repairs were done quickly, I will definitely use this business again.
AES is on point! My experience was positive and I would highly recommend them. Kat, from the office, was super helpful in coordinating things. John was definitely great as he came out first to assess the HVAC unit and determined it needed to be replaced. Both John and Dustin came to do the install and they were professional, pleasant, timely, and knowledgeable.
John and Dave were great. They were responsive, professional, and efficient in completing the furnace and HVAC install. They answered all my questions, clearly explained all features, and highlighted cut-off switches and parts (like filters) that need to be checked, changed, or otherwise serviced. They were recommended to us by neighbors and I would recommend them to others as well.
Out of town for a night when my house-sitter noticed the downstairs was a little cooler than the setting on the thermostat. Called AES after reading the reviews here. Their response time was great (I called and left a message outside normal business hours), the technician (I had John) was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and the price was within my budget. The scheduler (Kat) was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries and updated me on when my technician would be arriving as often as she could. This is how I want to be treated as a customer, I know moving forward I will be using AES for most if not all of my HVAC needs in the future.
