I waited a year before I posted a review because it takes time to tell if an HVAC company is worth a good rating. Well, it’s been over a year since AES installed our HVAC system, & I’m giving them 5 stars. I liked them from the time I first met with them for a quote. They were NO pressure, NO BS, & explained everything clearly. They were on time, professional, polite, & thorough. I was quite nervous about choosing who would install our family HVAC system. I wish I could experience the same amount of satisfaction on every major purchase as I have been with AES. I will use them again for services in the future and HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you AES!
I was thoroughly impressed all around with this company. John the CEO came and did our quote for us the same day I called which is amazing! Not only that, he was so personable! the way he answered our questions, explained everything and just held great conversation really calmed us down in a stressful situation. Kat helped with keeping us up to date on the parts and scheduling service. She is so kind and really helped us as quickly as possible. You can definitely tell she cares about her customers! Dustin and John came out and did our installation and they were very respectful, worked fast, and explained things to me very thoroughly. I am so thankful I found this company!
AES came to my rescue. Three HVAC companies misdiagnosed my heating problem as cracked heat exchanger without taking the burners out and scoping the exchanger for crack but John with over 30 years of experience as both a Carrier equipment expert and an HVAC teacher solved the problem and saved this single parent of three lots of money. He cleaned out the system, replaced the roll-out switch adjusted the gas pressure and the air intake and my problem was solved. If you need a team of honest people to work on your unit, John & Kat of AES are the ones to call. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.
Replace a Heat Pump One of the best companies I ever worked with. Very knowledgeable. Best price out of the three estimates I received. The unit that I got was 2 steps above the other 2 estimates but still costs less. No games, no exaggerated prices so they could offer discounts. The installers were very friendly and true experts at their jobs. Absolutely outstanding!
