We needed a new AC unit installed in our attic. We requested quotes from 3 companies and didn't get any call backs. I found AES and spoke to Kat (who is awesome by the way) and she had John (owner) come out same day! John is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the price was great. Our install was completed 1 day later. The crew of 3 arrived on time (10 mins early) and were efficient, courteous and professional. We could not be more happy with their service and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.
I found AES through Home Advisor. They responded along with others to bid on AC replacement project. My experience with this company was the best I have ever had. They were personable,, responsive and on time. Their bid was thorough, transparent and reasonable. The service techs were courteous, respectful and professional, and did a great job. AES is one of the best companies we’ve worked with! Replaced our hot water heater which broke while we were out of town, they made time in their schedule to fit us in! CUSTOMER service is fantastic! Then we had a water leak, once again they went out of their way to come back, find the water leak and repair! Installers were true experts, friendly and left the house spotless! The owner was amazing and Kat ,the office manager, thank you for being so nice and keeping us informed. They were prompt, courteous and this is the first company you should call!
Had a new heat pump and furnance system installed in Nov of last year. Pleased with everything from the initial quote to currently. Would recommend! Nice folks with no pressure to buy.
